2020年12月16日，歐盟委員會(huì)發(fā)布了法規(guī)(EU) 2020/2096，修訂REACH法規(guī)(EC) No 1907/2006附錄XVII。除個(gè)別物質(zhì)另有規(guī)定外，此修訂將于2021年1月5日生效。以下是修訂的要點(diǎn)：
修訂第3項(xiàng)（被認(rèn)為是危險(xiǎn)的液體物質(zhì)或混合物）- 將刪除此項(xiàng)中的“R65”危險(xiǎn)警語(yǔ)（限制的第3點(diǎn)和第5點(diǎn)）。
- 將刪除第6點(diǎn)和第7點(diǎn)。
修訂第28、29和30項(xiàng)（被分類為第1A類或第1B類的致癌物質(zhì)、第1A類或第1B類的致基因突變的物質(zhì)以及第1A類或第1B類的生殖毒性物質(zhì)）
此三項(xiàng)限制將不適用于歐盟法規(guī)(EU) 2017/45所涵蓋的設(shè)備。
